This policy explains how ImageBig handles files and anonymous usage measurements. It applies to imagebig.com.

Image processing

JPEG, PNG, and WebP files selected in the browser are processed locally with ESRGAN and TensorFlow.js. Source and generated images are not sent to ImageBig or stored on our servers.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

ImageBig uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, visits, referrers, and Core Web Vitals. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting for visitor measurement.

Anonymous product events

ImageBig records a small number of product events so we can understand which steps fail or cause friction. The recorded fields are limited to:

Event type, such as image selected, preview succeeded, or download clicked
Whether the image came from an upload or the built-in sample
Output size bucket and processing duration bucket
A coarse failure category when processing does not complete

These events do not contain images, file names, image contents, IP addresses, account identifiers, or persistent visitor identifiers. Product events are deleted automatically after 90 days.
