By using imagebig.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ImageBig provides a free browser-based image upscaling preview using open-source AI models. The service currently does not require an account and does not guarantee a particular resolution, quality, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Your images

You keep ownership of the images you process. You must have the legal right to use and modify every image you submit, including any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights contained in it.

Processing happens in your browser. ImageBig does not receive or store the image files you select or generate through the preview tool.

Acceptable use

You may not use ImageBig to:

Violate laws or the rights of another person.
Create or distribute illegal, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
Misrepresent AI-generated or upscaled output as an exact original.

AI limitations

AI image enhancement can invent details, alter text or logos, and produce unexpected artifacts. The free preview is not a verified print-ready or archival file. You are responsible for reviewing the output before any commercial, professional, or production use.

Intellectual property

The ImageBig name, website design, original code, and branding belong to their respective owners. Open-source libraries remain subject to their own licenses. Your source and generated images are not claimed by ImageBig.

Third-party services

The website is delivered through Cloudflare and uses privacy-first analytics and anonymous product events as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party services may have their own terms and availability limitations.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Features described as free may be changed or limited in future releases.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageBig is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageBig is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost files, lost profits, printing defects, or reliance on an AI-generated preview.
