What to include
For a correction or bug report, include the page URL, what you expected, what happened, and any non-sensitive evidence. For a privacy question, describe the issue without posting an image, personal record, account credential, or other sensitive data.
What not to post
Do not attach private images, identity documents, API keys, passwords, customer data, or confidential business information to a public issue. Ask for a private channel before sharing anything sensitive.
Response expectations
ImageBig is an independent project. Reports are reviewed on a best-effort basis; a public issue does not create a guaranteed response time, service-level agreement, or confidential support relationship.
